Service Not as Described: If the service does not match the description provided at the time of purchase.
Duplicate Charges: If you are charged more than once for the same subscription.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want the subscription after purchase.
Inactivity: If you do not use the service after purchasing a subscription.
Violation of Terms: If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our terms and conditions.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. it will take 7 business days to reflect in your account.

6. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Canceling your subscription will stop future billing, but you will retain access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of your subscription period.
